ADVI Student Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 01/01/2024
1. Enrollment and Admission
1.1. Admission to ADVI is subject to application review, eligibility criteria, and payment of applicable fees.
1.2. ADVI reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant at its sole discretion.
2. Program Participation
2.1. Students must attend all scheduled classes, practical sessions, and assessments unless otherwise approved in writing.
2.2. Failure to meet attendance and participation requirements may result in dismissal from the program without refund.
3. Code of Conduct
3.1. Students are expected to maintain a professional demeanor at all times, treating instructors, staff, and peers with respect.
3.2. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action or expulsion.
3.3. Use of illegal drugs or alcohol on institute premises or during program hours is strictly prohibited.
4. Tuition and Fees
4.1. All tuition and fees must be paid in full by the deadline provided.
4.2. Late payments may incur additional fees or result in enrollment suspension.
4.3. No refunds will be issued after the commencement of the program unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
5. Academic Performance
5.1. Students must maintain satisfactory academic performance and demonstrate the ability to apply learned skills in practical settings.
5.2. ADVI reserves the right to withhold certificates or credentials until all requirements are met, including attendance, assignments, and fee obligations.
6. Certificate and Placement
6.1. Successful completion of all course requirements is mandatory for receiving a certificate.
6.2. ADVI may offer job placement support; however, employment is not guaranteed.
7. Intellectual Property and Media Release
7.1. All training materials provided are proprietary to ADVI and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.
7.2. By enrolling, students grant ADVI the right to photograph, record, and use their image or testimonials for promotional purposes, unless a written opt-out is submitted.
8. Liability Waiver
8.1. ADVI is not liable for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during participation in the program.
8.2. Students participate in hands-on detailing at their own risk and are expected to follow all safety protocols.
9. Termination of Enrollment
9.1. ADVI reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions or institute policies.
9.2. Termination does not release the student from financial obligations already incurred.
10. Amendments
10.1. ADVI may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Students will be notified in writing, and continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of changes.
By submitting your enrollment electronically, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions set forth above.
ADVI Terms and Conditions for Minor Students

Parent/Guardian Consent Required
1. Eligibility and Enrollment
1.1. Enrollment is open to students ages 14–17 with written parental or legal guardian consent.
1.2. All applicants must complete the ADVI Minor Student Application and provide emergency contact information.
1.3. ADVI reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.
2. Parental/Guardian Consent
2.1. A parent or legal guardian must sign this agreement and all enrollment forms.
2.2. Guardians acknowledge that students will engage in hands-on auto detailing activities and understand the associated risks.
3. Program Participation Requirements
3.1. Students must attend all scheduled classes and training sessions.
3.2. Punctuality and full participation are expected. Absences must be excused in advance by a parent or guardian.
3.3. Students must follow all instructor directions and safety guidelines.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1. Minor students must exhibit respectful behavior toward instructors, staff, and fellow students.
4.2. Bullying, inappropriate language, or misconduct will result in immediate disciplinary review.
4.3. Parents or guardians will be notified immediately of any behavioral concerns.
4.4. Repeated violations may result in dismissal from the program without refund.
5. Tuition and Fees
5.1. Tuition must be paid in full prior to the start of the program.
5.2. Payment is the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
5.3. Refunds are only issued if the program is canceled by ADVI or under special circumstances approved by administration.
6. Academic and Safety Performance
6.1. Students must maintain satisfactory performance in both coursework and practical applications.
6.2. ADVI provides all required safety equipment and expects proper usage at all times.
6.3. Students who fail to follow safety protocols may be temporarily removed from hands-on activities.
7. Certificate and Continuing Education
7.1. A Certificate of Completion is awarded upon successful completion of the program.
7.2. Additional mentorship or advanced training opportunities may be available but are not guaranteed.
8. Media and Image Release
8.1. With signed permission, ADVI may photograph or film minor students during classes for promotional or educational use.
8.2. Parents may opt out by submitting a written request prior to program start.
9. Transportation and Supervision
9.1. ADVI does not provide student transportation.
9.2. Parents/guardians are responsible for drop-off and pick-up at the scheduled times.
9.3. ADVI is not responsible for minors left unattended before or after program hours.
10. Liability Waiver
10.1. By enrolling, parents/guardians agree to release ADVI, its staff, and affiliates from liability for any injury, illness, or property damage incurred during the program, except in cases of gross negligence.
10.2. All activities are supervised by trained professionals, and safety is a top priority.
11. Amendments and Dismissal
11.1. ADVI reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice will be sent to the primary guardian on file.
11.2. ADVI reserves the right to dismiss any student who violates these terms or poses a risk to others.
Acknowledgment and Consent is by submitting your enrollment electronically, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions set forth above.
ADVI Community Partnership Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 01/01/2024
Applies to: All business entities and organizations engaged with ADVI as program partners, mentors, training hosts, or job placement providers.
1. Partnership Purpose
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between ADVI and the Community Partner (“Partner”) to ensure a safe, productive, and educational experience for students engaged through ADVI programs.
1.2. Partnerships may include job shadowing, mentorship, hands-on training, or full job placement opportunities.
2. Eligibility and Approval
2.1. All Partners must complete a Community Partner Application and be approved by ADVI administration.
2.2. ADVI reserves the right to accept or reject any Partner based on program alignment, safety standards, and mentorship capacity.
3. Expectations of Community Partners
3.1. Partners must provide a safe, professional, and inclusive environment for students.
3.2. Partners are expected to:
Assign a staff member as the student supervisor or mentor.
Provide structured, hands-on learning opportunities.
Communicate promptly with ADVI regarding student progress or concerns.
Notify ADVI immediately of any disciplinary or safety incidents involving a student.
4. Compliance and Legal Requirements
4.1. Partners agree to comply with all applicable labor, safety, and child protection laws if engaging with students under 18.
4.2. ADVI students may not be exploited for unpaid labor. All engagements must prioritize education and skill development.
4.3. If financial compensation is provided to students, Partners are responsible for compliance with wage and labor laws.
5. Insurance and Liability
5.1. Partners must carry general liability insurance and provide proof of coverage upon request.
5.2. Partners acknowledge that ADVI is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses occurring on Partner premises.
5.3. Students remain under the supervision of the Partner while on site; however, ADVI maintains the right to withdraw students at its discretion.
6. Confidentiality and Conduct
6.1. Partners must maintain confidentiality of any personal or academic information regarding students.
6.2. Partners shall report any suspected abuse, harassment, or misconduct involving students immediately to ADVI leadership.
7. Program Feedback and Review
7.1. Partners may be asked to complete evaluations or attend check-ins with ADVI instructors or administrators.
7.2. ADVI reserves the right to terminate any partnership that fails to meet agreed expectations or poses a risk to student safety or development.
8. Use of Logos and Branding
8.1. Use of the ADVI logo, name, or materials for marketing purposes requires prior written consent.
8.2. ADVI may promote partner businesses publicly unless an opt-out request is submitted in writing.
9. Termination
9.1. Either party may terminate the partnership with 10 business days' written notice.
9.2. ADVI may terminate immediately in cases involving student endangerment or unethical behavior.
10. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By submitting an electronic form, the Partner acknowledges understanding and agreement to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
ADVI Employment Partner Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 01/01/2024
Applies To: All businesses, contractors, and organizations that employ, subcontract, or offer paid apprenticeships to graduates of ADVI programs.
1. Purpose of Agreement
1.1. This document establishes the obligations and expectations of all Employment Partners (“Partner”) engaging ADVI graduates as paid employees, apprentices, or subcontractors.
1.2. The goal is to ensure students transition into safe, ethical, skill-appropriate work environments that further their vocational growth.
2. Eligibility and Vetting
2.1. All Partners must complete an Employment Partner Application and undergo review by ADVI’s placement committee.
2.2. Partners may be subject to background verification, insurance confirmation, and interview before approval.
2.3. ADVI reserves the right to deny or revoke partner status for any reason deemed detrimental to student welfare or institutional integrity.
3. Employment Terms and Conditions
3.1. Partners agree to:
Offer positions that align with the skills, training, and certifications acquired through ADVI programs.
Provide compensation that meets or exceeds local, state, and federal minimum wage laws.
Offer onboarding, training, and mentorship consistent with legal employment standards.
3.2. Internships, trial periods, or apprenticeships must have clear duration, compensation, and evaluation plans documented in writing and shared with ADVI.
3.3. Partners must comply with all labor laws, including youth labor restrictions if employing minors (under 18).
4. Workplace Standards and Supervision
4.1. Partners must maintain a professional, inclusive, and harassment-free workplace.
4.2. A designated supervisor or point-of-contact must be assigned to each ADVI graduate.
4.3. Partners must notify ADVI immediately of any misconduct, safety issue, injury, or early termination involving an ADVI graduate.
5. Reporting and Communication
5.1. Partners are expected to complete periodic evaluations of ADVI graduates' performance and communicate feedback to ADVI staff.
5.2. Continued collaboration includes availability for check-ins, site visits, and student follow-up when necessary.
6. Insurance and Liability
6.1. Partners must carry current business liability insurance and, if applicable, workers’ compensation coverage.
6.2. ADVI is not liable for injuries, damages, or claims resulting from the graduate’s employment with a Partner.
7. Non-Exploitation and Fair Treatment
7.1. Graduates may not be misclassified as unpaid interns, independent contractors, or volunteers unless legally appropriate and with ADVI approval.
7.2. Partners agree to provide fair working conditions, equal opportunity, and non-discriminatory treatment in all employment practices.
8. Confidentiality and Data Use
8.1. Partners agree to maintain confidentiality of student records and contact information provided by ADVI.
8.2. Student data may not be sold, redistributed, or used for purposes outside of employment engagement.
9. Public Relations and Branding
9.1. ADVI may include approved Employment Partners in promotional materials and public directories unless a written opt-out is received.
9.2. Partners may not use the ADVI logo or name for marketing purposes without express written permission.
10. Termination
10.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 10 business days’ written notice.
10.2. Immediate termination will occur if ADVI believes the Partner’s actions endanger graduate safety, violate employment law, or compromise ADVI’s mission.
11. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By submitting electronically, the Employment Partner affirms understanding of and agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
ADVI Student Training Partner Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 01/01/2024
Applies To: All individuals, businesses, and organizations that provide skill-based training, demonstrations, equipment access, or facility use in support of ADVI’s student education programs.
1. Purpose and Scope
1.1. These Terms and Conditions outline the relationship between ADVI and approved Student Training Partners ("Partner") who deliver live, hands-on training in auto detailing and related services.
1.2. The intent is to ensure high-quality, safe, and structured training that complements ADVI’s instructional framework.
2. Eligibility and Approval
2.1. All Partners must apply through ADVI’s official intake process and be approved based on relevant industry experience, facility standards, and alignment with ADVI’s vocational mission.
2.2. ADVI reserves the right to deny or terminate any partnership that does not meet professional, safety, or ethical standards.
3. Training Delivery Expectations
3.1. Partners agree to:
Provide hands-on training and demonstrations consistent with ADVI’s curriculum objectives.
Ensure all students are supervised during training sessions.
Deliver training that is inclusive, safe, and aligned with current industry best practices.
3.2. Partners may host students at their place of business or provide mobile/on-site training services under approved scheduling.
3.3. Any changes in training scope, location, or schedule must be communicated to ADVI in advance.
4. Health, Safety, and Legal Compliance
4.1. Partners must provide a safe working and training environment that complies with OSHA, local safety codes, and ADVI safety standards.
4.2. Safety briefings, appropriate PPE, and clear procedures must be in place before hands-on student engagement.
4.3. If students are under 18, Partners must comply with all applicable youth labor, supervision, and liability regulations.
5. Insurance and Liability
5.1. Partners must hold current liability insurance and, if applicable, professional liability or commercial vehicle insurance.
5.2. ADVI is not liable for injuries, damages, or incidents occurring during training delivered by Partners.
5.3. Any incident involving student injury, misconduct, or equipment damage must be reported to ADVI within 24 hours.
6. Use of Equipment and Facilities
6.1. Partners agree to make available appropriate tools, materials, and workspaces for students to practice core detailing techniques.
6.2. Any training equipment provided by ADVI remains the property of ADVI unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
7. Student Conduct and Supervision
7.1. Students remain subject to ADVI’s Code of Conduct while under Partner supervision.
7.2. Partners must promptly report any violation of conduct, safety breach, or inappropriate behavior by a student to ADVI’s Training Coordinator.
8. Confidentiality and Media
8.1. Partners shall not disclose or misuse any personal or academic information related to ADVI students.
8.2. Photos or video recordings of students during training may not be used publicly without written consent from ADVI and, in the case of minors, parental approval.
9. Feedback and Program Evaluation
9.1. Partners agree to participate in periodic check-ins and provide qualitative feedback on student performance.
9.2. ADVI may observe or evaluate training sessions as part of its quality control and curriculum improvement process.
10. Termination
10.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with 10 business days’ written notice.
10.2. Immediate termination may occur if student safety, program integrity, or legal compliance is compromised.
11. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By submitting the official web agreement, the Partner affirms understanding of and commitment to these Terms and Conditions.
ADVI Opt-Out Clause
12. Opt-Out Provision (Limited and Subject to Review)
12.1. Participants (students, parents/guardians, or partners) may request to opt out of specific non-essential provisions of these Terms and Conditions by submitting a written Opt-Out Request to Autosmart Detailing Vocational Institute (ADVI) administration.
12.2. The Opt-Out Request must:
Clearly identify the specific clause(s) the participant wishes to be exempt from.
State a valid reason or legal basis for the opt-out.
Be signed and dated by the authorized party (e.g., parent/guardian for minors, business owner for partners).
12.3. ADVI will review the request within 10 business days and may approve, deny, or propose a modified agreement based on legal, safety, and operational considerations.
12.4. No opt-out will be granted for any clause related to:
Student safety or conduct
Legal compliance and insurance
Liability waivers
Tuition/payment terms
Confidentiality or data protection
12.5. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, ADVI reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or deny participation in programs, partnerships, or employment pipelines.
